My little bit here doesn't let go of that ball. But I have a suggestion for upgrade. Because when she bites on top of the button she turns off. Could make an anti-shutdown. Type Press twice for example to turn off instead of holding. Because when she turns off she loses interest and I have to go call again

Packaging came almost undone but the ball was in condition. Very good and resistant material.

The product well as described, but the box has been all deformed and broken, they should improve their storage for the journey
